By creating an account or using AutoCart, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AutoCart. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
AutoCart provides a platform for resellers to manage product listings, collect payments via Stripe, and fulfill orders through third-party suppliers. AutoCart is a technology intermediary only, not a seller, shipper, logistics provider, or guarantor of any product sold through the platform.
AutoCart has no direct contractual relationship with end buyers. The reseller is the seller of record for all transactions. AutoCart is not liable for undelivered, incorrect, delayed, or damaged products. Buyers must contact the reseller directly for any issues related to their order.
All payments are processed by Stripe. AutoCart does not store, handle, or have access to any card or payment credentials. AutoCart is not a payment processor or financial institution. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are solely between the buyer, the reseller, and Stripe.
AutoCart subscription fees are billed in advance. Resellers may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
AutoCart does not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, or change of mind. Refunds may be considered at AutoCart's sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure on AutoCart's part.

AutoCart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any reseller account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or any reason AutoCart deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoCart is not liable for lost sales, failed fulfillments, Stripe outages, supplier errors, buyer disputes, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. AutoCart is provided on an as-is basis with no uptime or performance guarantees.
AutoCart uses essential cookies only. These are required for core functionality such as keeping you logged in and maintaining your session. No tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies are used.
AutoCart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the platform with a revised date. Continued use of AutoCart after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
This Privacy Policy explains how AutoCart collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the platform. AutoCart is committed to handling data responsibly.

Resellers may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting AutoCart directly. Buyers should contact the reseller who processed their order for any data-related requests, as the reseller is the data controller for buyer information.
AutoCart may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the platform with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to privacy or data handling shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
All payments made to AutoCart are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, unused subscription time, partial billing periods, or dissatisfaction with the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days in that period.
This policy applies only to AutoCart subscription fees paid by resellers. Refunds to end buyers are entirely the reseller's responsibility and are not governed by AutoCart.
